Contest: Win NLL 11 for Xbox!

We’ve been having a blast playing the various iterations of lacrosse titles released so far, so we’d like to give one of our readers the chance to join the fun. The game is out now on the XBLIG channel, and we’re celebrating by giving away a copy, courtesy of Crosse Studio.

Read our full review to find out why we were so smitten with NLL 11.

There are two ways to win, and you are encouraged to enter both ways! One random winner will be picked Friday April 29 at 7 PM EST.

1) Post in this thread about your favorite 8-bit sport game, and why.

2) Follow @armlessoctopus on Twitter and tweet the following:

Now if you had said 16-bit that would have been Sensible Soccer hands down. However 8-bit is just as easy – Tecmo Superbowl!

I kinda figured we were going to get a lot of tecmobowl replies…

    Why didn’t I think to include 16-bit as well…..

because I knew NHL 95′ would have dominated!

But Blades of Steel was pretty hardcore on the NES too….

Then again, NBA 95′ allowed you to make an entire team of Scottie Pippen character’s with a 97 rating, so that would be in contention as well….
