I recently had the opportunity to sit down with David Addis of ESP-Games, most well known for their recent release of their turned-based strategy hit Miasma. He had an insightful look towards the game development process due to his thorough experience in the field. Here’s what he had to say:

A musician. It’s the only other thing I enjoy and into which I would want to put all my energy. I never liked employment before I got into games, and now I wouldn’t want to do anything else. I think in order to be happy in your job you need to be able to express yourself creatively and believe in the end product.
